Telelink@Isabel is an ING electronic banking platform tailored to your needs. It allows you to execute and process European payments and collections easily and securely, and integrates fully into your accountancy or ERP software as appropriate. Telelink@Isabel can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, regardless of the size or complexity of your company.

Manage all your accounts centrallyUsing a single solution, you can manage all your accounts - including non-ING accounts - and transactions in almost 20 different European countries.

Work efficiently, flexibly and professionallyTelelink@Isabel allows you to enter transactions manually or to upload transaction files.The MultiSign option in Telelink@Isabel enables multiple users to share beneficiaries, transactions and account information. This means you can delegate the preparatory work in all security and then receive a prompt when the transactions are ready for you to sign.

Access to account information when you need it

Telelink@Isabel provides access to balance and transaction reports when you need it. Statements and intraday reporting are available in a variety of local and international formats, such as MT940, MT942, CODA 2, Cuaderno 43, FINSTA (Edifact) and AFB120.

Choose from a range of products and formatsTelelink@Isabel is a flexible platform that enables you to use local, European (SEPA) and international products and formats. Transactions can be initiated in local and foreign currencies alike.

Integrate with your ERP or accounting systemWhen you integrate Telelink@Isabel with your ERP or accounting system, you can directly send transactions to your bank and receive account information. This facilitates reconciliation and makes your work easier and quicker. No more copying and pasting or manual entries!

Secure your cashYour security is our concern. For this reason, Telelink@Isabel is secured according to the latest market standards for security through the use of Isabel’s digital certificate and the Secure Signing Card. This guarantees both the identity of the user as well as the integrity of the messages exchanged.

View transparent audit trailsTelelink@Isabel provides an audit trail for each transaction showing who entered or uploaded the transaction, who signed it and who sent it to the bank. In addition, all authorised transactions are archived in accordance with compliance requirements.

Work online and offlineTelelink@Isabel consists of 3 components: Isabel, Telelink Online and Telelink 6, each providing specific functionalities such as security, international payments, value date scales, missing transaction reports, foreign currencies, savings, investments and loans and more.

While Telelink Online is an online application, Telelink 6 is software you install locally on all computers that need it.

Telelink@Isabel supports various international transaction formats

European Credit Transfers, European Direct Debits, Domestic & Cross-Border Single & Multiple Payments, Domestic Direct Debit and Cross-Border Intra-company Payments are different types of transactions that can be performed in various international formats. SEPA XML or local country format, depending on the type of transactions.Almost all European countries are available: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the UK*.
