BERINGER & ICARIUS present a new performance for PC6 BERINGER ® has designed and developed wheels & brakes for PILATUS PC6 in co-operation with Icarius Aerotechnics who carried out the tests and will distribute the kits. • 2 main wheels (aluminium CNC machined) • 2 calipers (3 pistons) • 2 discs (steel) • pads (sintered metal) • hoses and hydraulic connection • 1 Tail wheel with axle • 2 master cylinders • 1 hydraulic regulator • specific tools for maintenance The wheels are machined from aluminium billet on CNC machine: > this manufacturing process gives 2 to 3 times more strength than cast wheels and eliminates any risks of cracking. The parts are optimized using highly advanced 3D FEM software: > Best performance / weight ratio Lipseal, O-rings : 100% sealing lubrication : only once a year Anodized aluminium parts: > excellent resistance to corrosion > several colours available TUBELESS mounting: > means less risk of bursting > can be used anywhere: grass and rough terrain Tube mounting possible in case of emergency.
