BERLIN'S NEW RESIDENTIAL RIVERSIDE
KunstCampus stands out from many other new buildings in Berlin. In the heart of the city and with an unobstructed view of the water, this is a property that is elegant, fasci-nating, upmarket and unique – featuring fixtures and fittings that meet even the most discerning requirements with a touch of lightness. In other words, KunstCampus, with its 120 apartments, is Berlin's leading residential development. Furthermore, the sur-rounding area will become home to modern companies, hotels with welcoming names and exclusive residential properties over the next few years. So secure your place in KunstCampus – your new home in the Berlin of tomorrow.
EXPLORING NEW SHORES
FREE SPIRITS UNITE
Berlin is so much more than just a capital city. It is a metropolis rich in history, a meeting place for creative people from all corners of the world, a city without borders or pretence. You have all the freedom you need to live your own life, away from the mainstream and the whims of fashion. Just another reason why Berlin is a magnet for free spirits. And they will feel very much at home in KunstCampus.

A NEW TOP ADDRESS IN THE CAPITAL
The decision to build Berlin's central railway station in Hum-boldt harbour caused the location to develop at lightning speed into one of Berlin's most attractive areas. This tells you all you need to know about the potential of this area, which is situa-ted between the central railway station, the Berlin–Spandauer
Schifahrtskanal (shipping canal) and the Nordhafen (northern harbour area). It is no coincidence that so many of the city's highlights are just a stone's throw away: the Tiergarten park, the Kanzleramt (Chancellery), the Reichstag building, the Brandenburg Gate, Museumsinsel (Museum Island).

IT ALL STARTS WITH ART
• 120 apartments• Two to four rooms with between
approx. 67 and 123 m²• 82 underground parking spaces
The facade doesn't just reflect the water, but also the vision of architects
LÉON WOHLHAGE WERNIK, i.e. to leave the beaten track behind and create
architectural works of art.
The ground floor of KunstCampus will house galleries showcasing images, installations and sculptures created by contemporary artists. As in days gone by, when exhibitions were held on the site of the "Halle am Wasser" centre, there will once again be a venue for openings and a place to exchange ideas on art. Furthermore, there has been a vibrant arts scene for quite some time in both Berlin-Mitte and the neighbouring district of Moabit.
