GCDP - Project Avasar(Roshni) Expansions – 1,49,500 INR

• Through Roshni, we aimed at creating an impact on over 600 children aged between 8 and 13 from different NGOs through fun learning activities and sessions in a manner so as to create an eagerness in each of their minds to explore their learning capabilities.

• •ChitrakalaParishathand Headstreams supported Roshni,delivering a painting workshop and a session about the importance of education

Alumni Sustainability Fund

• To ensure that AIESEC Bangalore is steadily moving towards a financially sustainable future and to empower the next generation of AIESECers with the capital needed to upscale our organization, the SUSTAINABILITY FUND is set up. The aim of the LC is to have 2 lakh in the Sustainability Fund by 31st December. For which the LC will Deposit 20,000 per annum.

• The Sustainability Fund will be chaired by the Chair of the AIESEC Bangalore Alumni Supervising Group.The fund will be a Savings Account having three Signatories

How We Engage our BOA

CRM

• CLIENTS: • Clients 2012: 8 • Clients 2013: 36 • The year also saw more than one client sponsor multiple

events. • The year 2013 saw only 4 clients retained from 2012. This

is acquitted to the fact that there was little or no CRM module in place in 2012. Steps were taken to curb this in 2013:

• Stakeholder newsletters were sent out every month • Invitation to all our events • Annual Stakeholders dinner

Innovations

• 90 Percent of AIESEC BANGALORE'S funds have been raised through our event reports, when a client knows you've done a good job before and your event was a success they will

be ready to invest. • 80 percent of our funds have been raised directly or in directly through alumni

(Lcong/Events/NEP). So that's a big deal, ALUMNI RELATIONS is hard work but the it reaps. • Alumni Board
