Where We’ve Been …

• Witham Memorial Hospital opened its doors in 1915

• Witham added to the old hospital in the 1930’s, 1950’s and 1970’s

• Witham opened a new Medical Office Building in 1998 (South Pavilion)

• Witham opened its new hospital in 2002• Witham Health Services at Anson was

opened in October, 2009• Witham added an additional Medical Office

Building in July, 2010 (North Pavilion)

Witham Health Services Today…• Witham Health Services is licensed for 80 beds

and we currently operate with 52 beds

• Witham currently has offices located in Crawfordsville, Lebanon, Jamestown, Thorntown, Whitestown (Anson), and Zionsville
