What is Carbon footprint?

What is Water footprint?

Water Footprint is an indicator of freshwater use that looks not only at direct water

use of a consumer or producer, but also at the indirect water use. The water

footprint includes blue, green and grey water, which affect in different ways on the

water cycle.

Carbon Footprint is a tool able to provide the data of the exact amount of

Greenhouse Gases emitted during all the steps of production process of goods or

services

The Programme for the Environmental Footprint

covers the design and implementation of activities the

calculation of carbon footprint and water footprint.

Such time-frames should, under no circumstances, compromise the achievement of high standards for the protection of the environment, particularly those resulting from Union legislation on the environment other than this Directive, and effective public participation and access to justice
