• ByDzyne is a partner of the provider of the vacation incentive and reserves the right to distribute vacation incentive vouchers. All vacations are managed and controlled by the third-party partner, not ByDzyne.

• The incentive is valid for a reservation request offering Luxurious Resort/Hotel Accommodations in your choice of destinations provided by the third-party partner. The recipient of the incentive will receive luxury hotel accommodation room rate free of charge, however recipient is responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, activation costs, resort fees if applicable and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses. The cost to redeem the incentive and book the reservation is just for recovery fees for the local government taxes and tourism fees which vary by destination.

• The rooms are for 2 to 4 occupants based on room type and availability and at least one occupant must be at least 21 years of age.

• When you receive the incentive via email, you must activate it within 7 days of receiving it. Travel must be completed within 18 months after activation and end-user can choose from all available destinations to find travel dates and participating resort/hotel options. The incentive cannot be combined with any other hotel stay or promotional vacation offer. The incentive cannot be used in conjunction with another similar or same promotional offer. The third-party partner will only honor one incentive per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates.

• All reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book. Reservations are based on availability and will not be available during major holidays or resort special events. Check-in is available 7 days a week.

• The vacation incentive recipient must reside at least 100 miles or 160 kilometers away from the destination resort of choice or choose a different resort offer from the available destination options. In other words, the recipient cannot use a vacation incentive to stay at a hotel in their own city and they must be traveling a minimum of 100 miles.

• GROUP travel is NOT allowed and only one incentive per household and resort/hotel is allowed.

• The incentive has no cash surrender value, void if discontinued and where prohibited by law.
