Christmas GiftsMany wait for Christmas because of the expectation of receiving

gifts. Christmas ISabout giving and receiving gifts but we often

get sidetracked by the temptations of the world to think that the

best gifts come in the shiniest and most expensive packages.

Truthfully, the best gift received at Christmas comes wrapped up

in a swaddling cloth. It is the gift of baby Jesus and is found in a

dark, damp, dirty, smelly stable surrounded by animals, not on a

store shelf or an internet website.

When God initiated the first Christmas morning, He was

concerned with one thingyou receiving the perfect and most

thoughtful gift. Through the love and grace of God onChristmas morning you receive the priceless gift of salvation.

The gift of Jesus Christ is given by God and addressed to you!

Receive this gift and give thanks to God the giver of good gifts!

Save your least favorite chores for the youth group

students to do! In order to help offset the cost of both

Junior High and Senior High Winter Weekend at

Tuscarora, our students will work for you. Rent-A-Kid

and make a donation to help them hear the gospel and

grow in the faith.

Annual Business MeetingDecember 14th, 2011 @ 7:30 PM

The membership of Bethel will gather to hear what

God has been doing through our ministries, what plans

are being made for the coming year of ministry, as well

as to pray over and vote on the 2012 budget.

Sunday School Christmas MusicalDecember 18th, 2011 @ 6:00 PM

Join Brody, Ashley and the rest of the class officers as

they meet at the mall to search for the perfect present

for their homeroom teacher. There are many

temptations and detours along the way, but they come

to learn that true joy is only found when we give to

others in the same way Christ gave to us.
