● Exercise “ first thing”.......become more active● Take regular breaks - EVERY HOUR● Stretch when your body “ asks”.....● Engage in social contact / interactions / feelings of happiness● Discipline yourself with …..CLEAR BOUNDARIES i.e. stop working at 8pm
and NO TECH in the bedroom
