Of course, all of our accommodation units are

equipped with every comfort. There is a wide range of

affordable flats and studios with one or two bedrooms

sized between 60 and 110 m², many with a terrace or

small garden. No need to paint before you move in. The

accommodation is available furnished or you can add

to it in your own taste.

The flats and studios have a fully equipped kitchen with

fridge, hob and combi-oven and a bathroom with walk-

in shower. They are also equipped with a (assistant) call

system, intercom, TV and telephone connection and an

individual smoke detector. Fire-resistant curtains and an

electrically adjustable bed are also standard features.

Our residential coach, with an enthusiastic team of

reception, brasserie and logistic staff, manages life at

Triamant in the right direction.

The residential and living environment of Triamant stimulates healthy behavior, positivism and

prevention. Our experts help you to make steps to a low risk healthy lifestyle. In this way you

stay healthy and independent for longer, just like the people in the natural Blue Zones.

Do you like to be as independent as possible? Be in control of your life, run your own show?

Great. But what if it’s (temporarily) not possible to shower yourself, dress yourself or to prepare

your own meals? Then a helping hand is more than welcome. Together with you, Triamant

will look for the (in)formal care and support best suited to your needs.

Would you like extra support after a hospital admission, due to an acute or chronic illness, in

the case of a limitation or during revalidation? We are there for you. Our own home nursing

neighborhood team offers expert care, for example; wound care, pain relief, administering

medication, inserting a catheter or changing an infusion. The team is available 24 hours a day,

7 days a week, they simply come to your flat or studio.

At your request our care coach coordinates consultations with your care partners. The care

coach becomes your spokesperson with regard to your wishes and needs. He will make

the necessary contacts with your general practitioner, specialists, the hospital and/or other

healthcare institutions. In this way you receive the best possible solution to your personal care

request.

The different types of housing at Triamant are tailored to the needs of different groups. You choose the living space that suits your situation

You can choose from:• a flat with one or two bedrooms (between 60 and 110 m², mostly with terrace or garden)

• a studio,

• a residential care flat (only at Triamant Haspengouw),

• a family home (at the moment only at Triamant Haspengouw).
