So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen

are transient, but the things that are unseen are

eternal.

2 Corinthians 4:16-18

Do I trust God is at work in my life?

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his

purpose. For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom he

predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified.

Is Jesus Enough?

Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which

clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of

the throne of God. Do Not Grow Weary  Consider him who endured from sinners such hostility against

himself, so that you may not grow weary or fainthearted.

Hebrews 12:1-3
