THE FUNDAMENTAL TIPS TO MAKING GOOD COFFEE.

1. To Boil is to Spoil. Do not use boiling water to make coffee as itmakes the coffee bitter

2. Fresh Coffee. The key to good coffee. Keep it as fresh as possible,store in an air tight container or makesure you reseal the bag after use.Note: Freezing coffee is not worth it.

3. Keep it Clean. Use clean coffeeequipment and this will stop trappedoils becoming rancid, leaving anunpleasant taste in your coffee.Occasionally running clean plain waterthrough your filter machine will helpkeep it clean and give keep it producinggood coffee.

4. To be Sure use Pure. It is said acup of coffee is only as good as thewater used to make it. So use a bot-tled water or a water purifier, as overtreated tap water can change the taste.

5. Good Measuring. Measuring outthe right amount of coffee is important,although exact measurements are notcrucial. As a guide, use one tablespoonof coffee for each cup.

1. Coffee percolators should only beused to make coffee or heat water tobe drawn off for instant beverages.They should never be used to brew teaor heat syrup as the manufacturer willvoid the warranty.

2. When boiling water for instantbeverages, great care must be taken to clean frequently using vinegar toremove all mineral deposits from theinterior and element cup.
