the Comic Museum is one of my personal favorites, which was designed at the Fachhochschule as part of a design project. I called it "Cine-Comic”, because it is strongly oriented towards the concept of a flipbook. i also added a little movie that explains the facade in more detail.

the overall project has been authentically captioned by the means of a comic. Packed in a little story I used comic figures to illustrate the individual elements of the design.the original presentation is presented on a1-posters and was rated by Prof. Dipl.-ing. Karl-Heinz Winkens with a score of 1.7.

PRInZeSSInnenHöFeaM MORItZPlatZ In BeRlInthe project has been implemented as a group work at the Fachhochschule. I appreciated working in the team very much, since everyone was able to contribute in a constructive way profiting greatly from a dynamic working environment. By benefiting from the strengths and skills of each group member we were working together in order to achieve a common goal.

the aim of this project was to create a building that is in a lively exchange with the immediate surroundings and the inhabitants of the district, while also allowing it to be an attraction and source of inspiration for the whole city. the resulting space should be represented by a dense construction - a place in which different things can take place simultaneously, while still offering the greatest possible openness of the architecture. Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Markus löffler gave us a grade of 1.3.

Originally offered as a bachelor thesis, the task was to design a public library in the Berlin district Wedding. although I was only in the 6th semester and my actual bachelor thesis was awaiting me a year later, I decided to participate in this project due to great interest.

I decided to design a 7-storey building in the shape of a book.the work was graded by Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Markus löffler with 1.7.

BaCHelOR tHeSISRetIReMent HOMeSthe topic of my bachelor thesis focused on the layout of a senior’s apartment complex on Kaiserdamm 117 in Berlin-Charlottenburg. looking for a suitable concept I've been thinking about the wishes and demands of the elderly. I came to the conclusion that a vibrant place had to be created, which promoted companionship and communication between all inhabitants, while still benefiting from an active exchange with the Berlin environment. So I thought that the passion for cooking and good food could bring the seniors together.as a consequence, the center of my design was dominated by a restaurant, which is visited by the residents of the nursing home, as well as by the hungry Berliners of the various offices in the immediate surroundings. traditional cuisine - just like at Grandma’s home – should be advertised. The floor plan, of course, payed special attention to the fact that the premises have an age-appropriate cut and that a mix of public and private rooms are provided for the well-being of every resident.

Skyscraper at the Berlin – Alexanderplatz; Karl-Marx-allee.

PORtFOlIO DeSIGn

at the direct opposite the skyscraper of architect Frank Gehry is scheduled to be built. together with my skyscraper both buildings are supposed to form a "gate”.at such an important place in Berlin I wanted to design a slightly more traditional building. In my opinion, Frank Gehry's skyscraper already is the eye-catcher at this location. that is why no additional building, which is restless in itself, should draw any attention.

I decided to use the time between studies and work life more efficiently by creating this portfolio design. For my personal development as an architect, it is particularly important to me, because I was able to realize my own creative thoughts for the first time aside from college. Without any official requirements i liked expressing my own ideas and visions.
