We are pleased to welcome you to our Weinstein Properties community. Your move-in date has beenconfirmed for August 25, 2014. Your lease term will be 12 months and your monthly rental rate will be$909.99 (includes rent and other recurring charges). To ensure your move-in goes as smoothly as possible,please take a few moments to review this important information.

ü Don’t Be Caught in the Dark – All utilities are automatically turned off, so unless you contact theappropriate utility companies prior to your lease start date you will not have electricity, gas, phone, or cable inyour new apartment home. Electricity and gas are especially important in colder months as pipes may freezeor burst if a proper temperature is not maintained within the home.

Weinstein Properties requires that for the length of the lease, and any subsequent lease renewals, each residentmaintain a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage through an insurance agency of their choice. The policy mustindicate “Weinstein Management Company, Inc.” and “WMCi Raleigh II, LLC” as additional interested parties.
We have partnered with Assurant Specialty Property to provide quality renters insurance at a reasonable price. You maycontact Assurant at 855-846-9278 or visit their website at insuranceformyplace.com for more information and to sign-up.Alternatively, you may obtain renters insurance from any company that you would like to use. For more information onRenters Insurance, visit our website at bexleyparkapartments.com and select the Renters Insurance link under theCommunity Info section.
2. Connect your utilities
You must contact the appropriate utility for set up before you move in otherwise you will have no electricity, gas, phone,etc. For your convenience, included below is a list of phone numbers for the utility companies which service ourcommunities.
3. Notify the postal service and others of your change of address
In addition here are some answers to questions you may have:
Q: What about bills for water/sewer/trash service?
A: Weinstein Properties will setup and bill you for these services via a monthly Resident Statement. Forwater/sewer, you will be charged only for your own use and trash is a monthly set fee.
Q: How long is the grace period for my rent payment?

A: Rent is due on the 1st of the month and is considered late if not received by the 5th (or 3rd for Addison atWyndham or Addison at Swift Creek). If you have provided us with your e-mail address, you will receive yourResident Statement via e-mail approximately one month after you move in. If you do not receive your ResidentStatement, please contact the Leasing Office.
Q: Where do I park on move-in day?
A: Please park only in designated parking areas; parking in grassy and/or landscaped areas is not permitted asit may cause damage.
Q: What should I do with moving boxes and trash resulting from my move?
A: Please arrange with your mover to have all moving boxes taken away. Our on-site trash compactors and/ordumpsters will only accommodate trash that will fit in a trash bag.
