Beyond the Boardroom has been operating team building activities for over a decade (through our original brand Surf

& Sun), with the brand "Beyond the Boardroom" launched in 2005 specifically

designed to cater for small to large corporate groups as a more specialised

operation to meet the needs of our corporate customers.

We have created a network of partners throughout Australia that assist us to run the most effective and team building programs in the country. We identified that to be the best team building provider in Australia, we needed

to specialise and package with other expert operators to offer a range of experiences that meet our high standards and are in line with

our core values.

Beyond the Boardroom provides many MICE Tourism experiences, including Survivor Style programs,

Amazing Race, Kayaking, Surfing, Abseiling, Rock Climbing, Bike Riding, Orienteering, Winery Tours, Team

Games, Fishing Charters, Bus Tours, Camel Tours and more. The activities can range from 1 hour to multiple days, including the organisation of flights through our sister as required. company the Snow and Surf Travel

Company (Licensed Travel Agent) and accommodation / meeting locations

Beyond the Boardroom is part of the the Adventures Beyond Group. Brands within

this group have won numerous awards and have conducted many corporate team

building activities for companies such as Isuzu, Hungry Jacks, Coke, KFC, Flight Centre, Port Power, Adelaide Crows,

McDonalds, SEALINK, Elders and more.

We have run events for 8 people up to 230 people and can cater for most

requirements.

Beyond the Boardroom has a head office located on South Australia's Fleurieu

Peninsula and we have the knowledge and packages to look after all corporate

Beyond the Boardroom is owned by Luke Talbot-Male and has a team of

approximately 20 staff. Luke has been in the adventure tourism industry for close to 20 years and in a previous life worked on

and lead the following adventure expeditions and activities:

Camel expeditions for 30-45 days throughout the Australian deserts including the Simpson Desert,

Great Victoria Desert, Great Sand Desert and Flinders Ranges region

Boat expeditions on to a flooded Lake Eyre down the Warbuton Creek

4WD expeditions down the Canning Stock Route

Adventure Tours on Kangaroo Island

WD Tours between Adelaide and Alice Springs

Adventure activities including kayak tours and a surf school on Ningaloo Reef, Exmouth, Western

Australia

Sea Kayak guides in Byron Bay, NSW and throughout South Australia.

We have identified that to run a successful team building program it needs to have three

key elements. It needs to be fun, to have purpose and to be challenging. Without these 3 key elements the team building

program does not build successful teams that deliver outstanding results.
