NOVEMBER 2016 WWW.ESOFTFLOW.COM On the night of Halloween, staff of esoſtflow organized a huge Halloween party with more than 1,000 staff, friends and family joining. Due to the number of guests, this year we staged the party outdoors, which not only allowed for more guests to join, but also for more acvies to be organized. Aside from having fun, we sll aim to raise funds for our annual charity project. Staff managed to raise more than USD 2,500 to help to fund a playground for Tan Son Primary School in the northern province of Bac Kan. On Thursday 27 th October our HR team joined a job fair for people with disabilies. The Hanoi Centre of Employment Services was the organizer and it was the 4 th me that Esoſtflow joined. It remains a good source of potenal candidate for us. 115 people aended the event and Esoſtflow interviewed 10 potenal candidates for various posions in our producon and customer service team. The interested candidates will now be further tested in Esoſtflow before hopefully joining our expanding team. In September, we carried out our bi-annual client sasfacon survey, and 86% of our clients responded to the survey represenng 96% of our turnover. The overall average sasfacon scored 4.18 out of 5.00 as compared to 4.19 in March 2016. This me, we also measured our net promotor score, and we achieved a score of 51. We are now following up on the survey and the many construcve inputs and feedback provided, and will be reaching out to clients. The group has joined us within the last two months, but it has been very excing to see the energy and new perspecves the group brings to the company. We are sll hiring more team leader assistants to ensure a more consistent operaon and management approach in all shiſts. The new team leader assistants are (from leſt to right), Dzung, Thu, Xuyen and Hieu. Congrats to all of you and keep challenging the status quo.
