Origin of BFF, Inc. a division of TCASF, LLC.

BFF, inc. was founded by Stephanie Ranieri and Emily Dawley in May of 1990. After being introduced by a mutual party at the sand box it was evident that Em and Stef shared so many things that in order to maximize their time and talents they must form a partnership. Em and Stef shared a distinguishable, loud and annoying voice and giggle and it was apparent early on that to avoid laryngitis and isolation from the general population they needed to work together. They also shared many interpersonal characteristics and upon further investigation, verified by a distinguished and accomplished medical professional, a brain. This was integral in their relationship because it allowed them to use ESPN to communicate when the decibels of their voices was a deafening hazard to those around them. Therefore, it is evident that this company and partnership originated organically out of pure necessity and philanthropy in that the establishment of this partnership did in fact benefit the common good.

Evidence of a Successful UnionThe evidence of the successful union of Em and Stef was apparent early in the partnership. They learned swiftly the importance of working as a team, planning and maintain a schedule. All of these are important life skills which gained them additional benefit as outlined in future slides.

For example, one of the downfalls of sharing a brain during formidable high school years is the embarrassment experienced when one wears the same outfit as the other to school, giving the indication that this action was thoughtful and intended and possibly the impression of mental instability. In order to combat this problem, Em and Stef joined forces and tackled it head on.

Case Study 1: Mary Kate & Ashley Syndrome, circa 2001Issue: Both parties suffer from impeccable fashion sense, the ability to use and abuse the funds of one or both parents and follow a rule in which no outfit may be worn again within a 90 day time frame

Circumstance: Stephanie and Emily would drive to school separately in their matching two seater red convertibles and alarmingly discover in the school parking lot that they are dressed alike

Compounding problem: Honcho discourages tardiness to class and leaving school premises for “fashion emergencies”, regardless of how dire the need.

Outcome: Severe Humiliation, decrease in attendees at the lunch table

Solution: Em and Stef devised a schedule in which on even days, Stef would pick Emily up at her house and if they matched it was Emily’s responsibility to change. On odd days, Emily would pick Stef up at her house and if they matched it was Stef’s responsibility to change.

Outcome: Coordinating, cute yet non matching ensembles

Added Benefits: Due to the fact that each party’s cute red car only had two seats, brothers and other unwanted passengers were excluded from to school transportation. Both parties no longer matched and were able to enjoy lunch with additional guests. Furthermore, due to the fact that these life lessons were learned early on (planning, coordination, driving skills, diplomacy), Em and Stef were given preferential treatment by several teachers to skip classes that reviewed these skills in order to spend more quality time together between the hours of 7 am and 3pm. Thanks Mr. McCarthy and Mr. Henry; clearly we did not need to master your teachings of business as we had already established a successful Inc.

Integral Events of Significance•Despite several years of a successful union, BFF, Inc. unfortunately decided to dissolve its assets and part ways after a regrettable meeting on the 21st of May, 2010.

•In order to completely sever all ties, each party declared war on the other via speech, text, email, boyfriend, facebook and slander

•Unfortunately these tactics were successful in dissolving said partnership

• An insufficient attempt at salvation by one party was not enough to repair the damage and the company was out of business, bankrupt and unfair to it’s fans and shareholders alike

•All were disappointed including the solar system, which, as a byproduct, unfortunately became unaligned

Action Items In Need of Attention

Recently, CNN announced that the dissolution of BFF, Inc has caused several catastrophes. There have been famines, oil spills, terror attacks, and Obama is still president. Additionally, Express, Bebe and Sephora are at risk of going under due to the fact that BFF, Inc. is no longer shopping together at their locations

It is also rumored that small animals everywhere, namely weasels , are in danger

In is imperative that the company resume operation immediately, not only to negate the unfortunate side effects of is dissolution but also because it is rumored that functioning with only half a brain may be hazardous to one’s heath.

Findings: Happiness, Prettiness and Salt Content (due to excessive use of tear ducts) of each party has plummeted since the company dissolved. Irritability has obviously increased.

Press Release to PublicTo whom it may concern:

For the benefit of all that is good and holy, BFF, Inc. has decided to reincorporate as a more stable and viable company. You should expect to see excellent results in the next quarter due to the renewed partnership such as marriage vows, real estate purchases, honey moons, baby making and Maid of Honor/Brides Maid duties carried out to the fullest extent of the law.

To make up for the catastrophes that have ensued since the dissolution of their partnership, BFF, Inc. plans to stimulate the economy through the purchase of cards, plane tickets and edible arrangements.

To those of you who have already accepted the idea that Em and Stef will need to be institutionalized due to the mental angusish the dissolution of the union has caused, we apologize. We do however look good in white, so feel free to mail out previously purchased straight jackets. We appreciate your concern and value your future fan-dom.
