Since the Company was established in 2005, Baltimore Group has grown significantly both in size and scope. In 2012 the Company extended its service offering with the additions of the sub-companies Baltimore Parking Solutions and Baltimore Telecomm, which now form part of Baltimore Group. Reactive MaintenanceOur inhouse mechanical and electrical teams work on both reactive and planned maintenance. Engineers are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure coverage for clients on out of hours and emergency requirements when the unforeseen breakdowns arise.

Planned, Prevantative Maintenance (PPM)(PPM) Planned preventative maintenance will provide the servicing required at intervalsstated by manufacturer’s recommendations, maximising the lifespan of your technicalassets and minimising the risk of technical and mechanical breakdowns. Regular servicingvisits by skilled and experienced engineers to monitor the buildings systems will keep abuilding and its floor space running at its full potential.

Our PPM service helps to keep plant and electrical systems running efficiently as well as increasing their usable life. By maintaining and regularly monitoring systems the risks of costly emergency repairs and downtime of plant is greatly reduced. The PPM maintenance of existing systems is only a small part of what we do, we also undertake complete mechanical and electrical installation projects, however complex. Our mechanical and electrical engineers are equipped with the latest PDA equipment so that they have access to the information and resources they need on or off site. This allows our team in the office and the engineers in the field to work more efficiently and effectively together to deliver a quality level of service.

We provide all M&E services from replacing a tap or servicing a chiller or A/C unit to installing commercial boiler systems or L.V (Low Voltage) main switch panels. With our qualified inhouse engineers we can provide full condition reports for most plant and machinery. Surveillance

CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) systems are ideal security solutions for the visual protection of property. Video surveillance systems are an invaluable method of recording crime, violence or anti-social behaviour and also act as a visual and in some cases a verbal deterrent to unwanted visitors. In order to create a surveillance system that works for you, we provide bespoke solutions that maximise your security. Our experts can create a system for virtually any scenario, taking into consideration all aspects of your business.

Not only will we discuss your security needs, we will also look at what you want from your CCTV system and evaluate impacting factors such as; environment, location and lighting. Whether it is a simple system with one or two cameras or a fully integrated, digital system with Internet Protocol, Wi-Fi and cloud storage, every system is made to measure.

Whilst standalone cameras can offer basic surveillance, IP cameras offer high definition and better resolutions. Systems can be monitored by our Alarm Receiving Centre, and images can be viewed anywhere in the world online via IP, either of live real-time streaming or of recorded video from an IP DVR. Video data can also be recorded and stored onto ‘the cloud’ and can be accessed remotely with an online connection. Access Control Systems

Monitoring and controlling peoples access to your premises is another effective security tool used to prevent unwanted visitors in your property. Access control systems allow you to manage building entry or exit points through nominated doors via a central control panel. Our experienced system designers will look at various factors of your business to ensure you are getting the level of security you require through access control.

We will look at the number of entry/exit points, use of the building, movement of staff, disabled access, turnover of employees and other systems you may wish to integrate.

These factors are used to ensure your access control system is right for you, making it easy for those with access to manoeuvre around the building easily, whilst keeping those without access out.

Systems are managed through a control panel and an electrical locking facility but can also be controlled remotely either by yourself or our security team. Access control systems are not always as simple as controlling entry and exit to a building, they can also be complex enough to control the internal boundaries to which people can and can’t access.

High level complex systems can also act as a valuablemanagement tool by incorporating integrated functions suchas; attendance and payroll systems, car park managementand even vending machines. On top of this, access control canprovide valuable data, allowing you to measure who accessedareas of your building, when and where.

Intruder Detection Systems

All intruder alarm systems are installed to the latest British and European Standards by our fully qualified and experienced technicians. It is becoming increasingly common for insurance companies to insist that both occupied and vacant premises are protected by intruder alarms. We aim to assist you in both compliance and protection of your property.

We comply with the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) Codes of Practice for the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance and monitoring of our intruder detection systems. With our technical expertise and comprehensive product range we are confident that we can meet your specific needs and expectations.

Fire

Not only is fire safety a legal requirement for commercial buildings, it is critical for the protection of your people and your premises.

Our fire division offers a variety of services to the BS 5839 series of standards and BAFE SP203-1 for; design, installation, commissioning, handover, verification, servicing and maintenance.

Appropriate fire prevention and protection solutions will differ according to the nature of your business, the number of people within your building and the size and layout of your premises.

Like every other facilities service we offer, we treat each building as a bespoke need, ensuring a seamless fit with your organisation. All of the fire safety products that we use at Baltimore Group carry the CE marking, to prove manufacturing quality and testing.

Fire Detection & Protection

We offer you a comprehensive fire protection and detection package from risk management surveys through to the installation of effective fire protection solutions.

From fire extinguishers and sprinklers to the latest fire detection equipment, you can reinforce the prevention and protection from fire in your premises.

We offer the full fire alarm package from design to, installation, commissioning, handover, verification, servicing and maintenance, to the BS 5839 series of standards. Our systems range from providing basic property protection to full life protection systems with options of remote monitoring.

At Baltimore Group we offer a comprehensive service for the supply, installation, commissioning and servicing of water, foam, powder and CO2 fire extinguishers. Besides fire extinguishers we also supply fire and safety signage, extinguisher stands, fire blankets and alarms. Fire extinguishers must be commissioned before use to ensure they qualify to the lastest British Standards. Commisioning is undertaken by our qualified fire extinguisher technicians, who will ensure each fire extinguisher is fit for purpose.

Our fully trained and BAFE SP101/104 qualified technicians will visit your premises to give you and your employees, practical advice on danger and risk within your premises according to the Regulatory (Fire Safety) Reform Order 2005.

Carpet Cleaning

Our professional carpet cleaning system allows deep cleaning and deodorising of carpets all in one process. With our specialist system your carpets are guaranteed not to stretch, shrink or split any seams, also allowing most carpets to be dry within just 30 minutes.

High Reach Cleaning

Our team are experienced in cleaning at heights and in cases where high level access is needed we are equipped with lifting equipment and an advanced pole reach system.
