Mr. Rana Roy Business Head JD Soft Vandalur-Kelambakkam Road Kolapakkam Chennai Tamilnadu India Sub: Business Intelligence Integration (Part of LPO Dated 20th June, 2014 Annexure to the LPO) Item 5 & Item 6 of the LPO Dear Mr Rana I refer to the discussions we had for the implementation of the SAP Upgradation Project in HANA 9.1 Cloud Infrastructure. Currently, we have completed the following

1. Business Blueprint & Sign-off 2. Integration & Testing in development server including the Fleet Management Systems.

As we move into the next phase, it is important that we conclude the BI / BO for our Project. Further to this, our BI / BO proposal as part of the agreed contract to cover the following scope

1. BI / BO Integration into SAP Business 1 HANA 9.1 on Cloud 2. Comprehensive dashboards that are both dynamic and static 3. Mobile interface of all dashboards 4. Portal Integration for all countries for all modules

Please note that it is the part of USD. 225,000 blanket contract that covers all aspects of the upgrade. As agreed, we are pleased to give the LPO for the BI / BO Integration as per the agreed terms and conditions

Payment Terms:
