• Coordination mechanisms for CSOs, Private and Informal Sectors should be developed through consultation between LGAs and CSOs, Private and Informal Sectors working in HIV and AIDS programmes in order to ensure that the activities that are carried out are complimentary to the council comprehensive plans
• CSOs and other stakeholders implementing HIV and AIDS activities should be transparent and accountable to the beneficiaries’ community by 2010.
