Ethical (adj.) Definition: Having to do with right & wrong behavior; following the accepted rules of behavior in society Synonyms: Right, honorable Eg: Finding a wallet full of money but no ID, but you turn it in anyway. Just (adj.) Definition: Fair & impartial; reasonable Synonyms: Proper, deserved, warranted Eg: They got just punishment for stealing candy from the teacher. They were required to scrub under all of the desks. Moral (adj.) Definition: Involving right & wrong behaviors; based on a person s conscience; the standard of right behavior Synonyms: Good, honorable, righteous Eg: When my 19-year old sister asked me if I would buy her alcohol, I made the moral decision to say, No. Proponent (n.)
