DESCRIPTION
This book began as a project in a design course, but has become much more than that over the course of almost half a year. I decided to update the book, because I felt as if it hadn't reached the potential, or quality that it deserved. Over the last couple months I began to work on fresh illustrations, ideas and concepts. The original photo spreads are intact, but I've added some of my more recent work. I wanted to focus on lighters, because they're an almost invisible, but integral part of our pop-culture. Small, unobtrusive, usually hidden away waiting to be used for only but a split-second.TRANSCRIPT
