We will process the sample and send you an image for approval, we can also send you a physical sample as well if you desire.3). If you receive the sample and decide to do a few modifications, let us know and we’ll gladly rework on the sample so we can achieve the product as per your request.4). Once you have approved the final sample, and placed your lot order, we will guarantee the lot production will be the same as per the final approved sample, or we will issue a full refund. 5).
