• Provide a first-class level of customer service through all front and back office activities.
• Produce accurate B2B electricity billing statements for both Half-Hourly (HH) and Non-Half-hourly (NHH) billing. Experience of completing HH Pass-Through and Flex billingreconciliations would be advantageous.
• Billing assurance activities, including monitoring and resolving customer/broker billingescalations and disputes to agreed SLAs.
• Analyse complex billing data sets to gain insight and drive billing performance improvements.
• Review and apply annual industry charge changes.
