Taylor Anthony Basil Taylor was born April 24, 1954, in Fort Worth, Texas. Bishop Taylor attended parochial and public schools, graduating from Ponca City High School in 1972. He attended the University of Oklahoma for two years, then attended St. Meinrad Seminary College in Indiana for two years, graduating with a bachelors degree in history. From 1976-1980 he attended the North American College in Rome, taking classes at the Gregorian University and was ordained a priest at St. Mary Parish in Ponca City on Aug. 2, 1980. In 1984 then-Archbishop Salatka decided to send Father Taylor to Fordham University in New York for further studies. During this time he served Holy Rosary Parish in the Bronx. Fordham University awarded Father Taylor a doctorate in biblical theology in 1989. Upon his return to Oklahoma, Father Taylor was named the vicar for ministries of the archdiocese. He was named bishop of Little Rock in 2008. Father Alex Kratz, OFM Father Alex Kratz, OFM, is a Franciscan priest in Detroit, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. He holds a bachelor’s degree in theology from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree in divinity with a Scripture concentration from Catholic Theological Union in Chicago. He resided for one year in the Holy Land and is an authorized spiritual leader by the Commission of Christian Pilgrimages of the Holy Land. Thursday, March 17 - Travel to Tel Aviv: Our pilgrimage begins today as we fly to the Holy Land.

Friday, March 18 - Tel Aviv, Bethlehem: We arrive in Tel Aviv and travel to Bethlehem for an evening Mass.

Saturday, March 19 - Bethlehem: We visit the Milk Grotto Shrine, the Church of the Nativity with Mass in St.Catherine parish and visit Shepherd�s Field.

Sunday, March 20 - Jerusalem, Ein Kerem: We go to the Western Wall, the Temple Mount with its goldenDome of the Rock, the Pools of Bethesda and celebrate Mass at St. Anne�s. We continue by visiting theChapel of Flagellation, the Ecce Homo Arch and the Stone Pavement, and go to Ein Kerem to visit the Churchof the Visitation and the Church of St. John the Baptist. We visit the Israel Museum to see the Dead SeaScrolls and then go to see a scale model of Jerusalem.

Monday, March 21 - Mount of Olives: We spend the whole dayon the Mount of Olives: the Church of Pater Noster, a walk on theroute of the Palm Sunday procession, the Church of DominusFlevit, time for prayer and reflection in the private section of theGarden of Gethsemane, Mass at the Church of All Nations, andfinish with the Grotto of Betrayal and Mary�s Tomb.

Tuesday, March 22 - Jerusalem, Mount Zion: We begin earlywalking the Way of the Cross, have Mass in the Church of theHoly Sepulchre, visit Jesus� Tomb, and then go to Mount Zion tovisit the Church of the Dormition, the Upper Room and the Churchof St. Peter Gallicantu.

Wednesday, March 23 - Bethany, Dead Sea, Jericho, Nazareth:After a stop in Bethany we travel through the Judean Desert to spend some time at the Dead Sea. We will visitand rest in Jericho and proceed to Nazareth for Mass at the Basilica of the Annunciation. We then go visit St.Joseph�s Church and conclude with our overnight on the Mount of Beatitudes for the next three days.

Thursday, March 24 - Mount of Beatitudes, Sea of Galilee,Capernaum: We begin with Mass on the Mount of Beatitudes,take a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, visit Capernaum, eat �St.Peter�s fish� for lunch, and visit the Church of the Multiplication (ofthe loaves) and the Church of St. Peter�s Primacy.

Friday, March 25 - Mount Tabor, Cana, Jordan River: We willhave Mass on Mount Tabor, go to Cana to renew wedding vowsand conclude with a visit to the Jordan River to renew our baptismalpromises.

Saturday, March 26 - Return from Tel Aviv to Little Rock: Wecatch our flight in Tel Aviv for our return flight home. Mount of Beatitudes Shrine
