Press ready file format illustrator(ai) Or Portable Document Format (pdf). Hi-Resolution (300 dpi) for all submitted images and files. Colors must be in CMYK format and fonts should be attached.

MATERIAL MATERIAL

The material deadline is 2 weeks before publication (17th day of the month).If the material is not received by the deadline, the publisher reserves the right to repeat a previous advertisement of the same size or to fill the space at its discretion.

DEADLINE DEADLINE

There will be a 50% surcharge for cancellations of advertisements after booking deadline. Cancellation after material deadline will not be acceptable. All creative buys are non-cancellable.

THE PUBLISHER’S RIGHTS a. The publisher reserves the right to revise the

advertisement rate(s) from time to time without notice. The publisher will not bill the advertiser at the revised rates if the completed booking

form is received prior to the revision of rates.

b. The publisher reserves the right to levy full charges and/or not to accept cancellations and/

or transfers made after the booking deadline.

c. The publisher reserves the right to cancel any advertisement(s) booked and/or accepted for publication by the publisher in the event of non-receipt of all necessary materials by the materi-als submission deadline. The advertiser will still be billed for the full payment of the advertised

rate.

d. Whilst every endeavour is made to adhere to the date(s)/section(s)/page(s)/position(s) of publica-tion when these are specifically stated by the advertiser, the publisher reserves the right to change to other date(s)/section(s)/page(s)/position(s) without prior notice or reference to the advertiser, and the publisher shall not be liable for any loss (actual or potential) whatso-ever occasioned by the failure of any of the ad-vertisement(s) to appear on those specified date

(s)/ section(s)/ page(s)/position(s).

e. The publisher shall have the right to make al-teration(s) whatsoever considered necessary or desirable or to require any copies to be amended to meet the publisher’s approval with-out prior approval of the advertiser or the need

to give the advertiser prior notice.

f. The publisher shall not be liable for any unsatis-factory reproduction, errors, omissions if the copies/materials supplied by the advertiser are not made to the publisher’s specifications as

contained in this rate card.

g. The publisher reserves the right to destroy all advertising negatives/positives, copies, films, artworks (hereinafter referred as “materials”), which have been in the publisher’s custody for two (2) months or more provided always that written instructions have been given to the con-trary by the advertiser and these instructions were accepted by the publisher. The publisher shall not be held responsible for any advertise-

ment that appears in the publication.

h. The advertiser shall indemnify and keep the pub-lisher indemnified against all claims, legal suits, demands, losses, costs and expenses whether ac-tual or potential in respect of any advertisement published at the request of the advertiser.
