note from the Composer
Some of my favorite memories are of the times I have been on tour with choirs and interacted with musicians from other parts of the world. Through music, I’ve been blessed by so many special relationships with friends that I otherwise would not have met. Though our cultures and languages may be different, together we share laughter and the joy of music that binds us in memory, place and time. I hope you enjoy this original work inspired by my journeys to Kenya. May you laugh, love, sing and live life to the fullest.
Soli Deo Gloria! Lynn Shaw Bailey (2014)
