This blanking line is perfectly suited to produce complex steel structure parts! It consists of a coil line, a servo press, and a

stacking device with 2 stacking positions as well as noise protection.

Short changing times (coil 7 minutes, tool 17 minutes) contribute to a smooth production. They are achieved thanks to an

automatic coil change and an automatic adjustment of the stacking masks. While changing the stacks it is possible to

produce without interruption. Furthermore, the servo press is integrated in the whole concept and designed for a stroke

rate up to 100 1/min in conventional mode. By managing the whole project for a German car manufacturer, DREHER proved

once again its competence in the sector of blanking lines.
