Blayne Feckley was brought up in the small town of Swan Hills, Alberta, where he then moved to Edmonton for higher education. Presently, he lives in Burnaby, British Columbia along his wife and three pets. He has been married to Anita Rivard for 2.5 years. Blayne has been working with a well established, professional consulting firm since March 2009, and is appointed as a Senior Analyst in the Health and Benefits Department.

He provides expert advice on the management of corporate benefit plans to a wide array of clients in both British Columbia and Alberta. He represents his clients' interest while discovering a suitable insurance company to associate with in order to cater to the needs of executive leadership, Human Resources staff, and their respective employees.

He works with his team to manage plans and to ensure that all benefits meet legislative requirements and industry standards together with marketing a program as needed, providing benchmarking, quarterly reporting, post-retirement actuarial valuations, flexible benefits pricing as well as annual repricing, continued support on administrative concerns and questions, and review of financial materials.

Blayne Feckley also works with his team to review rates annually with the insurer to sustain appropriate and reasonable rates while assisting clients to make a strong relationship with their insurer. The majority of his work focuses on client needs and often requires presentations to executive leadership or Human Resources including occasional benefits 101 presentations to groups of employees.
