The SIMPLICITY Continuous Gravimetric Resin Blender is easy to install, configure, operate, and maintain. SIMPLICITY uses industry-proven components like maintenance-free vibratory feeders, which provide simultaneous metering of all components, eliminating the need for mechanical mixing and consistently producing the desired blend. A color touchscreen provides the operator with an easy-to-use interface and built-in help screens. The controller is highly accurate and reliable to assure total system functionality and integration.

Advanced Blending Solutions manufactures a full line of vacuum convey, feeding, blending, and storage equipment for the plastics industry. Advanced Blending Solutions also offers a full line of PLC/PC-based controls for gravimetric extrusion control, vacuum sequence control, extruder/die temperature control, and blender control.

The SL Continuous Loss in Weight blenders are a lightweight compact design with integral weighed downcomers. These units work well mounted directly to the throat of an extruder or on a mezzanine directly above the extruder throat. With the ability to integrate the Vacuum Sequence Manifold (SVM) into the frame, these units pack significant power and flexibility into a small form.

The SL Blender comes with a Windows Surface Pro-Tablet control system and docking station charger. Multiple units can be combined for a common point of interface, allowing the option for pump sharing, Smart Distribution integration, recipe function, multi-layer rate, or thickness control.
