ST. THERESE PRAYER GROUP: We will continue to pray for the families of Blessed Sacrament all year. Novena intention for November 15 - 24: St. Therese, please pray for married couples of our parish. Please ask God to help them honor one another ac-cording to their wedding vows. Please ask the Lord to bless them all by helping them to realize that marriage means put-ting Him in the center of their relationship.

CHRISTMAS SHOEBOXES: Blessed Sacra-ment members will be packing shoeboxes again this year for needy children for Christ-mas. Boxes can be filled with small items such as school supplies, toys, socks and treats. This is part of "Operation Christmas Child" by Samari-tan's Purse Canada, www.samaritanspurse.ca. If you would like to pack a box full of goodies, please see the display in the main church foyer. The boxes must be returned by Sunday, Nov. 16th. CISTERCIAN FRUIT CAKES: Delicious gourmet Christmas cakes made by the Cistercian Monks of St.-Jean-de-Matha will be sold after these Masses: Sunday, Nov. 16 at 9 & 11am; Sat-urday, Nov. 22 at 4:30pm; Sunday, Nov. 23 at 8pm. Small cakes are $15, large cakes $22. All proceeds go to Campaign Life Coalition and the Cistercian monks.

ANNUAL MIRACULOUS MEDAL NOVENA: “Behold the Graces I shed upon all those who ask me!” Our Blessed Moth-er Mary said these words to St. Catherine Laboure in 1830 when she gave her the Miraculous Medal. The Mother of God wants to hear your intentions and needs. In addition to your own prayer requests, could you join us in praying for: an end to the culture of death (especially abortion and euthanasia), World Peace, the Election of God-fearing World Leaders in all Countries and the persecuted Christians and the conversion of their Persecutors. The Annual Solemn Novena starts Mon-day, Nov. 17 and ends on Nov. 24.

HEALING MINISTRY: The Sacrament of the Sick will be administered after the 6:30 p.m. Mass on Thursday, November 20 for those whose health is seriously impaired by sickness or old age. The session will include instruction on fruitful reception of healing ministry. Prayer teams will be available afterwards for personal healing pray-er or prayer for other intentions and persons. People have reported some wonderful experiences, remission of cancers, and other healings. Please do inform us of such blessings for the praise of Jesus and our increase of faith.

COFFEE SUNDAY/SEND OFF CELEBRATION: Next Sunday, Nov. 23, please join us downstairs in the church hall after the 9 and 11am Masses for treats, drinks and a chance to chat with other parish families! This is also a send off celebra-tion from our parish to Melissa Monette, our long-time pa-rishioner, youth director and minister, who has recently joined the religious life! Please consider bringing a donation of goodies (ex. baked treats, fruit tray) that you can bring downstairs when you arrive for mass that day to share with others. Your presence most especially, goodies (if you can!) and any helping hands before or after are all very much wel-comed and appreciated. We hope to see you there!

PARISH FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION Collection on: November 9 - $ 3, 593. 00 Help support our parish through the use of our ‘Pre Authorized Donation’ (PAD) service or by using a boxed set of envelopes. Use of PAD makes donations easier and consistent, benefitting the parishioner and the parish. PAD forms or envelope boxes can be picked up in the foyer of the church. These are our primary source of support for the parish. Please remember Blessed Sacra-ment Parish in your WILL and we remind everyone to include our Parish in the bequeath section of their obituary notice.

WIDOWS AND WIDOWERS GROUP: Come join us and en-joy the fellowship at our 11th annual Christmas party on Thurs. Dec. 11 at 6pm. We will be meeting in the Library here at Blessed Sacrament. It will be a pot luck dinner so bring your choice of food or drink to share. There will also be a Chi-nese gift exchange, please bring a re-gift in a bag. This is a great opportunity to reach out to others. Invite other Widows and Widowers that need our support at this time of the year. AN EVENING WITH THE CATHOLIC TEACHERS’ GUILD: Bishop Christian Riesbeck, CC, will speak on the topic "Gospel of the Family: Reflections on the Extraordinary Synod on the Family" on Tues., Nov. 18, in the scavi at St. Patrick's Basilica (281 Nepean) following the 4:30 p.m. Mass.
