• In my work, I am studying hard in the 2018, because in this year I have my promotion course to ascend to captain and this is very important for me. I am doing the marshal course the next year the which is very important for my job, because currently I am working in the area of protection of the national pólice.

• In my health, I am doing exercise the next week, because this week I had many work and I dont have free time, I am eating more vegetables the next month, this is very important for my healtfor the vitamins and digestion, I am Reading books the next yaer about of health, because this has many things Interesting for me and my family with regard to health.

• In my holiday, I am traveling to all Boyaca in december with my family and mi girlfriend, becasuse this is very pretty by the lights in the villages and the people is very friendly, I am eating many in january with my family, my mom cook delicious and finally I drinking many beers whith my Friends In the middle of my holidays, they are especial for my and for my family.
