INTRODUCTION:

In a nutshell, Drupal is like WordPress, but it is more robust. You can do more things with it.

Drupal is an open source content management system, which comes with a core package of functionality when you install it. Because it is open source, its potential is vast. Open source developers contribute ‘modules’ - which you can add on to your Drupal core package to extend it. Thus, if you want to do more with your core package, you can search for modules available for download on the internet.

I am examining from the ADMINISTRATOR view of an installed Drupal site. This shows you what functionality is available in the core install of Drupal 7.16. I am looking for functionality that will allow students to apply the learning objectives according to BLOOM’s taxonomy.

*The ADMINISTRATOR view differs from a typical user view, in that it provides an extra menu bar where you can set and configure the functionality you want to use.*
