Deadline is the Thursday after that month's meeting, which is held on the second Wednesday of the month at Z’s Classics, 2049 E. Yellowstone, Casper, WY. Dues are S20 per year payable January 1st.

Sunday Morning Breakfast -- The Sunday breakfast will be at Gma’s for the month of November. The normal

Christmas party is scheduled at Z’s classics on 12/18/2021 @ 5 P.M. Price is 10.00 each, pay in advance, contact Ken

Lantta to make payment.

A gift exchange will take place - 1 gift per participant, contact Rocky Smith if you need more info.

Toy’s for Tots box is located at Z’s. Please put new unwrapped toys in box by 12/10/21 so Jerry Russell can get them

delivered.

New Year’s Brunch will be at Ramkota Hotel on 1/8/22 from 10A.M – 1P.M., price will be 12.00 each. Please pay Ken

Lantta in advance.

There was a car show committee meeting on Tuesday night with quite a few members in attendance.

Mark Milliken reported that the fire truck will be a separate entry in the Christmas parade; it will be the last vehicle and

will carry Santa. All club entries in the Christmas parade will meet at Z’s about noon on 11/27/21 to decorate vehicles

and leave for staging at 5 P.M. as parade starts at 6 P.M.

A question was asked if the club would like to proceed with the car show with or without asking for donations or

contributions from vendors? Mike Kennedy motioned that we proceed without sponsors this year, Ray Parnell

seconded the motion. It was put to a vote and the motion passed.

Motion to keep current funds in place and don’t ask for donations was approved also

Your new officers will be Ken Lantta as treasurer, Jeanine Clark as secretary, and Mark Pitts as president.

Mike Kennedy was recognized for his work on the website.

Phil Nissen invited everyone to come to Z’s on Saturday for the WSRA pot luck

These go back a few years and some of us are old enough to remember them.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR THESE UPCOMING EVENTS

Car show committee meeting is December 8, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., at Z’s Classics.

OCAC Christmas Party, 12/18/21, at Z’s Classics.

The Annual OCAC Christmas Party for 2021 will be held at Z’s Classics on December 18th at 5:00 p.m., where a

prime rib dinner will be provided at a cost of $10.00 per person (pay in advance). There will also be a gift

exchange between members, so please bring a male or female gift as in past years. The only limitation on gifts

should be that they will be less than $20.00 value per gift. Also, potluck desserts, as well as table service,

should be brought by all members attending. Please contact Ken Lantta to make a reservation, so that an

accurate head count can be obtained. Deadline to sign up and pay is November 30th.

Toys for Tots

As in past years, we will collect Toys for Tots with the collection point being Z’s Classics. A collection box is

provided near the club display case for donations. All donations should be unwrapped. This is an annual

collection drive for the less fortunate children of Natrona County and surrounding areas between the ages of 5

and 15. Please make your donations before Monday, December 13, 2021, as that is the date I need to deliver

the toys to Toys for Tots for distribution. Thank you all in advance for your generous gift and giving spirit.

New Year’s Brunch, 1/8/22, at the Ramkota

To ring in the New Year, the OCAC will host our annual New Year’s brunch on January 8, 2022, at the Ramkota

here in Casper. Breakfast will begin at 10:00 a. m. at a cost of $12.00 per person (pay in advance). Please

contact Ken Lantta to make a reservation, so that an accurate head count can be obtained. Please attend the

brunch and BRING YOUR DUES FOR 2022, and let’s kick off the New Year with a bang! Deadline to sign up and

pay is December 31st.
