    To attract young lads towards the store. Thereby spreading the Buzz.

    Get a Positive Buzz around the Mall and Multiplexes through the medium of Entertainment.

    Ensure a regular flow of Customers to the store thereby ensuring loyalty.

    Also ensure maximum Foot Falls on the day of opening.

    To create weekend activities over a period 1 whole month ,to set the Ball rolling.

    To Target teen age groups through the activities including Kids, Men, Families, Housewives, Etc.

    Have an influx of customers throughout the day through the means of different activities thereby attractingmore and more crowds.

    Making it to be an exclusive Brand to be looked up to by the TG.

    Refreshing Experience The Tagline highlights the innermost feeling of the people.

    With the option of design on display and options of variety in and around the store, we plan to make BLUE

    BUDDHA an umbrella of varied experiences.

    With everyday attracting different activities for one and all it will win the Loyalty.

    Everyday will bring in a new set of Audiences to the Mall or Multiplex during activity at different locations.

    The Idea is to get into the audiences coming to the store and therefore increasing the Loyalty factor.

    Awareness Activities Pre Launch A Road Show in and around the area making people aware of the new brand in town.

    Distribute discount coupons and announce the Prizes making it an exciting affair for one and all.

    By giving them a discount coupons, gift vouchers and an invitation during the opening.

    This distribution will be done of various means of games, quiz and road show activity.

    Contents Of PromotionCompare: The Compare would be the lifeline of the whole affair and the tone for the whole proceedings would be set by

    him or her.

    A highly interactive & intelligent Compare shall be hired for the entire promotion. The main objective of the Compare will be to interact with the crowd around & invite them to participate in

    quiz, games etc revolving around.

    Promoters: We shall hire four sales promoters uniformed (2Boys + 2 Girls), with not an usual t-shirt and jeans with some

    impressive out fit for the activity.

    The promoters would be given extensive knowledge about the brand.

    They will use all their cleverness and presence of mind to educate the target segment.

    They will answer all the queries of the public. The feed back generated by them would be invaluable to you.

    They will entice the right segment at the right places. At colleges, Shopping Centers, office complexes etc.

    They shall assist the Compare in conducting games & lucky draw.

    Types Of Display

    Booth Display / Display Counters: This can be done

    at the places which has a small area around like

    super market, mall or multiplex.

    This type of activity is mainly done in area which is

    too crowded where there is a limited

    place allotted to execute a stall. This can be with

    huge backdrop and a decent stage or with the

    display counters or booth display.

    Canter / Float :This is a universal mode of promotional activity. This

    is on road as the mode used is a designed /

    fabricated truck (TATA 407 or Eicher) which is open

    from back . This mode has a visibility of branding

    from all side and can be designed as a store as well.

    Types Of ActivityThe various types of activities which we plan to do in a malls or multiplex are:

    1) B Factor: The B Factor is inspired from X Factor ! Which shows attitude of oneself, but B Factor

    show a BLUE BUDDHA Factor. This is one time oppurtunity to click a pix in our activity and the

    best look male / female will be awarded a voucher. The selection of the winner will be donewho has good looks, photogenic and the person who has wore BLUE shirt or t-shirt . They will

    be informed by the source of feedback formed filled by them.

    2) BB ka GK: The feed back form will have the details of the product and some simple questions

    related Bollywood. Their intelligence and general knowledge will give them a chance to win a

    gift voucher.

    3) OH ! Its BB ka Minute: Its a one minute per participant game. It will be zig saw puzzle of

    BLUE BUDDHA.

    The person who completes the puzzle within a minute will be awarded with some gift.

    4) LOVE @ 1st Sight: A love story in 100 words. Best story gets prize.

    Types Of ActivityThe various types of activities which we plan to do in a college, residential & commercial area

    are:

    1) Flyer Distribution / Pamphlet: Well designed flyer / pamphlets cannot be distributed by

    any hands. Uniformed females distributing it gives some impressions to brand. This activityis done simultaneously with float activity.

    2) Branding in College: Branding in college festivals will give a huge hype for the product as

    the creative's can be designed as per the place available.

    Interaction / Games On & around the fabricated canter itself we shall conduct various interesting games to name few :

    1) Quiz involving questions about BLUE BUDDHA.2) Various other interesting & fun related games shall be organized by the Compare to bring people around in a

    lighter mood, which in turn will make job of our promoters easier.3) Winners of interactive games shall be given away prizes such as T-Shirts, Caps etc.

    Lucky Draw Daily Lucky Draw:

    A feed back form about the product shall be asked by the people around to fill up, a portion of which shall be

    used in conducting a lucky draw in which the 1st, 2nd & 3rd positions winner shall be given a gift hamper,

    product branded gift i.e. pen, coffee mug etc.

    Mega Lucky Draw:

    1) A final round of lucky draw shall be conducted in the respective cities during the last day of the activity.

    2) In this lucky draw the people who have taken part in the day to day activity during the promotional period

    would be eligible for the mega lucky draw.

    3) The winners of this draw shall receive Bumper prize i.e. handy cam / T.V / Handset or gift voucher etc.

    Halt at 1st destination( Activity in Colleges 1130 Hrs 1300 Hrs)Music to be started and promoters to start distributing leaflets.

    Compare to invite college students and after a while start interaction with the crowd.(Educating about Brand/Quiz/Games).Promoters to conduct get the feed back forms filled.Interactive games & word of mouth publicity by the compare.Promoters and Compare to inform target audience about the nearest store.Road show to head towards the 2nd destination.

    Halt at 2nd destination

    How The Promotional Will Increase Awareness The promoters will be constantly on toes to judge the target segment & will explain integrated details of

    Brand.

    The compare & promoters will be aggressive to provide more and more information to the target peopleabout the product.

    Compare & the promoters would invite people to take part in the activity and invite them to visit thenearest showroom.

    The promoters will distribute pamphlets of BLUE BUDDHA along with word of mouth publicity.

    The promoters shall educate BLUE BUDDHA present & prospective about the remarkable products whichhas been providing over years.

    The promoters will also get the feedback forms filled by the people every day and will handover the formto the office/outlet for further follow up for the valuable customer during new arrival or seasonal sale.

    The cost for Float Activity that we have mentioned is on tentative basis. Which shall be mutually decidedas per the budget .

    Cost for other activity is yet to be finalised as the details has to be taken from various malls / multiplex andsocieties.

    That costing will be possible as per the route plan and will take few days to work on it. The permission cost that we have mentioned is on tentative basis as per the areas which shall be mutually

    decided by our Team Leader.

    If we go all out for taking proper permissions for selected areas of high importance then we will end upspending a very huge amount on permissions only.

    We assure you that the locations which shall be short listed by our Team leader would be on the basis ofour target segment only & we are sure that we shall create a really great hype in the market aboutproduct.

    If proper permissions have to be taken as per the liking of you, then we would suggest that you take thepermissions and can use influence also.

    Responsibilities of BLUE BUDDHA Entire printing i.e. leaflets, feed back forms etc related to BB.

    Branded T-shirts & caps for promoters.

    Freebies for distribution to the target segment such as Pens, Caps, Key chains etc.

    Mega bumper prizes for the Mega lucky Draw winners along with prizes for winners.
