Annual Pumpkin Festival ...Every October, Blue Grass hosts Southern Alberta’s largest Pumpkin Festival

This annual event is fun for people of all ages, drawing thousands of families from Calgary and area. There are great activities for the kids. Past activities have included: a petting zoo, miniature ponies, pot-bellied pigs, kittens, ducks, geese, a donkey and much more! Face painting, hay rides and a hay maze. Cinderella coach, colouring contests and great prizes. Pumpkin carving with adult supervision, and the grand �nale ... Watch the giant pumpkin fall 80 feet onto a car!
