NAH encourages you to join us in:

Washing our hands thoroughly for 20 seconds, with soap and water.

Avoiding touching our faces.

Following the advice of public health officials.

Practicing social distancing by standing 6-feet apart from others and

wearing a mask or face-covering when we have to be in public

spaces.

Using hand sanitizer containing at least 60% isopropyl alcohol, when

we can’t wash our hands.

Staying home, and practicing ‘self-isolation’ when we are unwell or

show signs of sickness.

Contacting our primary care providers by phone or electronic

messaging system (such as the Athena Portal) ASAP for personal

guidance.  Many providers, including those at NAH, are conducting

telephone or virtual appointments to ensure our families receive the

health care we need while avoiding unnecessary exposures.
