Martin Spedding continued 1999 to 2002 – Merger with Buck Consultants - NSP Consulting entered into a joint venture with Mellon Bank, to help raise capital and implement a strategy to address problems within Buck Consulting caused by inefficient administration systems and business model in Australia. This proved to be the most difficult and demanding challenge of Martin’s career, who as CEO of this joint venture had the immediate responsibility for managing the migration of 500,000 members from 500 funds with over $14 billion in assets from 5 failing systems onto one stable industry standard platform. Tony Kamboukos Bachelor of Applied Science Executive Director, Technical Architect and Shareholder Bluedoor Technologies Financial Services Experience Positions held 1989 through to 2006

Bluedoor Technologies Executive Director, Technical Architect

SyncSoft Technical Development Manager

Capsco Australia Analyst & Programmer Career Achievements Creation of a 4GL and CASE Tool – Designed and developed for SyncSoft an advanced Fourth Generation Language and Computer-Aided Software Engineering Tool called Capital. This granted SyncSoft the ability to compose more than 20 financial administration products for organisations like Westpac, BT, CBA, Metway, AMP (New Zealand), Unisuper, Pillar, ComSuper, GESB, PSI and Generali China Life. Technological management of a software house – Led the technology arm of SyncSoft for 15 years from its conception of their flagship client/server based Capital system, through its transformation to a transactional multi-tiered componentised model and finally assembled as an XML driven services architecture incorporating industry open standards. formatted syntax geared towards building financial services products. CTL driven systems generate to ANSI-C for the sole purpose of building native Wintel or UNIX based runtime executables.

• Exposed CTL to COM+ driven applications for the purpose of building third-party address validating, straight-through processing and web based front-ends.

Bluedoor Technologies ACN 110 855 377 Private and Confidential not for distribution 59 Fletcher Street Essendon VIC 3040

Tony Kamboukos continued • Enhanced CTL through the introduction of a business style object-oriented interface

called Capital Business Objects (CBOs). • Streamlined Capital’s change management and product version deployments via the

introduction of Selective Version Uploads (SVU). SVU managed Capital release paths from a single code base on to numerous financial products and database brands.

• Organisations supporting multiple Capital products across separate environments required the development of Multi-Environment Capital (MEC). The enhancement made to Capital to support MEC required real-time amalgamation of client and transactional data from disparate product environments and database brands into a single user interface portal.

• Created a data-driven superannuation rules engine for Capital that generated into a cached pseudo code base for increased performance during the processing of complex business formulae. Capital’s rules engine incorporates an abstract override-able layer at numerous operational levels and was further enhanced to support category based rules.

• Developed a visual debugger for CTL programmers that was modelled against today’s IDE standards with conditional breakpoints and step through source code. This benefited SyncSoft by further cutting their application development costs.

1989 – 1990 • Supported Capsco Australia by enhancing and deploying their flagship superannuation

system called SAS. Previous Years • Worked at ANZ as a programmer/analyst within their retail division. • Worked at Telecom as a programmer/analyst within their IT cost centre.
