Central Kentucky Toastmasters are members of the Bluegrass Division of District 40 (effective July 1, 2009), part of Toastmasters International, a world leader in helping people become more competent and comfortable in front of an audience. What’s Happening!
Divide current Mountain Division into two new divisions:
(Bluegrass and East Mountain)
Move Areas 41 and 42 into the new Bluegrass Division
Add a new Area 43
Re-assign clubs in Areas 41 and 42
Install three Area Governors and Division Governor (July)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• DIVISIONS MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 AREAS
– Areas 41 and 42 (comprised of 12 clubs) need to be realigned into Areas 41, 42 and 43 (evenly and equitably)
• AREAS MUST HAVE AT LEAST 4 CLUBS
– Divide the 12 clubs into three areas of 4 clubs
– Go from Two Areas (Six Clubs each) to Three Areas (Four Clubs Each)
