Our Help Desk is a service that includesmethodology and scope that suit each requirement, and is aimed at incident resolution according topre-established service level agreements (SLA).

Support Services Offering

§  We offer the services according to the customers needs, delivering the services either onsite, in nearshore or offshore mode.

§  We offer functional or technical support in all our practices; SAP, Peoplesoft, JDE, and IT Consulting & Services.

§  We adjust to SLA (“service level agreement”) contracts , and fix the rewards according to predefined metrics and KPIs.

§  For a better administration of the service we use issue tracking tools, and offer realtime online customer follow up.

§  Periodically we evaluate the repeat incidents and propose definite corrections.

Reach

§  Geographical Ø  According to the customers needs, we offer Onsite, Nearshore y Offshore

support. Normally the teams are cover more than one geography.

§  Expertise Ø  Our expertise is in SAP, Peoplesoft, JDEdwards and IT.

§  Levels Ø  We offer 1st and 2nd level support. Additionally our Specialists act on critical

or unique incidents the customers report.

Practices

§  SAP Ø  More than 16 consultants work on 1st and 2nd level support. We provide

corrective maintenance as well as ongoing improvements for the modules installed at customers sites.

§  Peoplesoft Ø  15 Consultants provide corrective and evolutionary maintenance in offshore

and nearshore modus from Argentina and Spain.

§  JDE Ø  10 Consultants working in nearshore mode in BNB offices and in customer

offices for Latin America. We offer 1st and 2nd level support in JDE World Software as well as JDE Enterprise One.

Ø  IT •  11 Consultants work on help desk assignments , PMO support -with PMI and

ITIL certification-, as well as on IT support in general.
