Come 2010, I decided to return to my creative roots and
joined a web development company: The Design
People, Inc. I was onboarded as a project manager and
eventually earned the reputation and trust of my
colleagues to handle more projects as a Senior Project
Manager. With constant movement, development, and
learning as my main career focus, I moved to Dottystylelearning as my main career focus, I moved to Dottystyle
Creative, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager last 2013. This
time, I was not just limited to managing different time, I was not just limited to managing different
projects and teams; I was also in-charge of the
company’s day-to-day operations. I moved to a bigger
role with Isobar Philippines; and in a span of 3 months, I
got promoted from Project Manager to Operations
Manager. This was a result of my due diligence in
streamlining processes and getting the right PMs and
Devs for my team. Given the opportunity to work in Devs for my team. Given the opportunity to work in
Singapore with Hogarth & Ogilvy as DIGITAL Project
Manager, I have handled all DIGITAL work from
multinational companies, given training, and joined
project pitches.
I have dedicated the past six years to working with both
developers and clients alike - drawing out the best
interpretation of a client's vision, then leading my team
of ninja developers to creating yet another awesome
web experience. Moreover, with this personal mission as
my drive. I have earned my Scrum Master Certication;
ensuring to employ AGILE methodologies on every
project I handle.
