• Conor began “Caps for Cash” while in Student Council at Crull Elementary School
• Students paid for privilege to wear baseball-style hats on Fridays! (Conor is a huge baseball fan.)

• Conor, along with his principal, his mom (a kindergarten teacher at Crull) and other Crull teachers saw the need for a new playground
• Conor started “Caps for Cash,” and also wrote to the Lions, Tigers, and Red Wings for raffle items.
• These items made fellow students wear hats more often!

• James Wyner, CEO of Shawmust Corportion, personally donated a $1,000 check to the “Caps for Cash” program in its first year.
• During the first year, “Caps for Cash” brought in about $2,000!

• “Caps for Cash” continued after Conor finished fifth grade
• At least $1,500 more has been donated, putting the total at over $3,500 for “Caps for Cash” donations!

• Recently, Mr. Wyner from Shawmut Corporation donated $14,000 to the Crull playground project.
• Conor has left an excellent legacy for the Crull school, students and staff!
