managed by Le Boat, you will arrive to an impeccable boat,

enjoy extensive usage on your own boat or a sister ship on

many of the canals and rivers in Europe.

guaranteed monthly revenueEach month you receive a guaranteed fixed revenue of

7% per annum (based on the Ex. Tax cost of the craft)

regardless of charter activity.

Zero Operating Expensesas a Le Boat owner you pay nO operating expenses. We

take care of everything, including berthing, insurance,

parts, labour and much more. it truly is worry- free boat

ownership.

professional maintenanceYour Le Boat cruiser will be maintained to the most rigorous

standards in the industry at no cost to you. all work will be

performed by our own team of professionals. This includes

anything from weekly checks to annual haul-outs and the

end-of-programme phase out.

financingLe Boat has secured preferred relationships with third

party marine financing providers in each market. financing

options vary dependent on where you’re from. if required

a sales representative can explain marine funding solutions

in more detail.

durationThe programme covers 7 seasons depending on the age

of the boat you choose. Locations are throughout Europe

and the owner’s time can be used at any of our bases

(excluding scotland and italy)

Trade-inat the end of the programme term you may decide to

trade in your boat for the purchase of a new model. (This is

dependent on age and craft.)

Option to ExtendYou may be able to extend your contract by a further 7

years dependent upon the age of the craft. an Owner Care

specialist will contact you prior to the end of your contract

if a placement is possible.

Brokerage supportat the end of the programme you can keep your boat or

choose to sell it. Our brokerage offices will gladly assist

you in the marketing of your boat for resale and will assure

a seamless transition. Our brokerage office is company

owned and fully integrated into our business.

YOur COnTraCT

Whatever is agreed at the beginning of your contract is in

Cruising Timeduring the programme term, you receive 42 “points”

of usage per year that can be used on your boat or a

sistership at any of our bases. a day of cruising would cost

you between 1 and 3 points according to the season. You

can book your holidays as early as our reservation system

allow you to. Every reservation is subject to availability,

bookings are on a first come first served basis so a full

paying charterer won’t get priority over a booking.

Last minute Bookingsin addition to your yearly 42 points, you also benefit from

42 additional points per year for your last minute bookings

(which require booking 3 days prior departure for most of

our bases.) With more than 1000 boats in our fleet, the

last minute booking is a great opportunity to extend your

navigation time.

Your Cruising CostsThe only cost you have is travel to and from the allocated

base of choice and a small turnaround fee, this covers

the cost of boat preparation and end cleaning before you

leave, water filling, linen, gas, shore power (in our bases),

technical assistance, items lost or damaged, or any other

option as described in the brochure.

Boat upgradeYou can also, in some circumstances use a larger size boat

or a more recent boat. This would involve an upgrade fee

depending on the price difference given in the brochure.

guest usageThe Owner is able to give, sell or authorize a guest to

use his points to a limit of 14 points per year; this is only

available in low season.
