Recognizing the human being in all people to promote a sustainable peace! Ingredients: 3 Sticks of Butter, 2-1/4 Firmly Packed Brown Sugar, 1-1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar, 6 Eggs, 3 teaspoons of Vanilla, 3 teaspoons of Baking Soda, 3 teaspoons of Cinnamon, 1-1/2 teaspoons of Salt, 9 Cups of Oats, 4-1/2 Cups Flour, 3 Cups of Nuts, 2 Cups White Chocolate, 1 Cup Ground Coconut, and 1 Cup Dried Cranberries. Baking Instructions: [1.] Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy. [2.] Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. [3.] Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. [4.] Add oats, nuts, raisins, and cranberries, white or dark chocolate [whatever you desire]; mix well. [5.] Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. [6.] Bake 10 minutes for chewier cookies and 20-25 minutes until golden brown for crunchier cookies. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Store in tightly covered container. Makes about 55 cookies. Proudly buying local and baking with products from Bob’s Red Mill. Ingredients: 3 Sticks of Butter, 2-1/4 Firmly Packed Brown Sugar, 1-1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar,

6 Eggs, 3 teaspoons of Vanilla, 3 teaspoons of Baking Soda, 3 teaspoons of Cinnamon, 1-1/2

teaspoons of Salt, 9 Cups of Oats, 4-1/2 Cups Flour, 3 Cups of Nuts, 2 Cups White Chocolate, 1 Cup
