BIKEPARK HAHNENKLEEMountain biking is a great sport for everybody! Whether boys, girls, men or women, beginners or professional – you will find your perfect trail. You go up with the chairlift. Only in exceptional cases is the Cable Car used to carry bikes. At the valley station of the chairlift is a Pumptrack and Skills Area for everyone to practice their skills. At the summit is a Pumptrack for children.At Bikepark Hahnenklee you can start slowly on the FlowTrail and then graduate tot he other trails, as your confidence increases. On all tracks except the singletrack you can avoid the obstacles.

FLOWTRAIL: The Flowtrail is the perfect trail for beginners. Easy berms and rollers make the Flowtrail loads of fun.

A-LINE: The next step is the A-Line: Here you will be prepared for faster driving by big berms.

FREERIDE: If you’ve mastered the A-Line, you can start at the Freeride. On this trail you can learn bigger jumps and ride on wood.

DOWNHILL: Many roots and jumps make the Downhill to a challenging circuit.

RACETRACK: Many obstacles and a big bridge – lots of fun for professional riders!

SINGLETRAIL: That‘s the hardest track! On the singletrack you can avoid no obstacle.

In Hahnenklee you can rent or buy bicycles and protective equipment for different requirements.

CABLE CAR In Hahnenklee you can get into our traditional cable car. The 4 person gondolas brings guests within 10 minutes to the top of the Bocksberg. The beatiful view of the valley turns the ride into a special experience. Dogs and buggys are free of charge. The cozy Bocksberghut (restaurant) with terrace, the Bocksbergbob, the Bocksbergcarts and other fun activities for the whole family await you at the summit.

CHAIRLIFTIn the summer the chairlift is mainly used for bikes and bikers. The bicycle is quickly hooked in and off you go! We also bring guests without bicycles up the hill with the chairlift, but only the cablecar can the used to get back to Hahnenklee. For safety reasons, we are only allowed to carry a maximum of two persons per chair.

BOCKSBERGCARTSYou can now get your adrenaline rush with our new Bocksbergcarts. These cart are a unique experience on the Bocksberg, found nowhere else at the Harz.To keep up with the demand, we now have more than 40 carts for you to rent. The thick tires and twin breakes provide a secure feeling and driving pleasure even in curves. We rent out the Bocksbergcarts on top of the Bocksberg and a helmet is included at no extra charge. After a safety briefing you drive 1,5 km to the valley station of the chairlift, where you can hand the carts back to our staff.

BOCKSBERGBOB (SUMMER SLED)Up on the Bocksberg you start an exciting and varied descent with the Bocksbergbob. Before you begin, our friendly staff and a video at the entrance explains how everything works. Sit down at the Bob (also possible with two people), close the safety belt and the journey can begin! Directly after the start you also go through the first curves. It continues over a small jump, followed by the next sharp curve.Now it’s flashed – please smile! The camera on the line shoots a photo while driving. After some curves and funny waves comes the highlight of the ride – the big circle. Drive comfortably to enjoy the fantstic view or with full speed to feel the absolut thrill. You’re allowed to scream! Then it’s a few meters to the station. After the 1250 m descent, you can sit and relax, while you bob is pulled up to the top again, where your loved ones are waiting for you. You can look at the photo from your run together on the screen.

The Bocksbergbob starts at the top and runs a circuit, you are automatically back at the start. Children between 3 and 8 years are allowed to drive the BocksBergBob only with an adult, children under 3 years are not allowed.

BOCKSBERGHUT (RESTAURANT)Directly up at the station of chairlift, cable car and Bocksbergbob, our cozy Bocksberghut awaits you. Wether you love hearty or sweet – we have it all. Sit down, have a break and enjoy the modern rustic atmosphere inside. Or outside, on the large terrace where you have a beautiful view of the bocksberg and the pretty village of Hahnenklee.The friendly team spoils you with fresh salads of the season, specials such as the XXL Bocksbergburger, cakes and more. Even if you would just like to enjoy a cold beer or ice cream, you are welcome.

Rental is on the Bocksberg summit. The carts are returned at the valley station of the chairlift. Only children from 140cm tall are allowed to travel with the carts, it’s not . An identification document is required to rent the carts.

FUNPARKOur 8 field trampoline lets the hearts of your children beat faster for a few minutes. Your little ones can have fun on the slide tower and the new children’s playground. Early riders: The kids can try their hand at mountain biking on the Kid’s Pumptrack. In the highest class of the harz school classes will get to know the nature around the Bocksberg. Furnished with lots of wood and protected against the weather, the school offers space for 50 pupils.
