Shaving causes many skin irritations, the most common being razorburn. Razor burn occurs when the skin is shaved too hard and withoutproper lubrication. This formula uses a combination of natural andessential oils to protect the skin and soften hair, providing a smoother,less irritating shave.

LLiippoobbuutttteerr™™ RReeffiinneedd CCooccooaa is obtained from the fruit of the Cacao tree(Theobroma Cacao), cocoa seed butter is a great emollient that ispopularly used to add flexibility to the skin, and a soothing sensationto products. It reduces cutaneous dryness and improves skin elasticity,while imparting a natural color, and a desirable cocoa odor.

LLiippoovvooll®® AALLMM is a classic oil, known in ancient Rome to beautify the skin and treat injuries, protects, nourishes, and pampers the skin. It’svery lubricating, but not penetrating. These properties make it a goodprotectant. Good for healing and moisturizing, dry, chapped or irritatedskin. It also helps relieve itching, soreness, dryness and inflammation.

LLiippoovvooll®® MMAACC, due to the high palmitoleic acid (60%), which is also found insebum, Macadamia oil is recommended for older skin, which starts to dryas the sebum production diminishes. Macadamia’s fatty acids are helpfulin maintaining the skin’s critical water barrier functions. It is easilyabsorbed and highly nourishing.

LLiippoovvooll®® AA has a high level of Oleic Acid making it excellent for nourishingand restoring dry, dehydrated, mature skin. It protects against solarkeratosis and improves skin elasticity. 1. In main kettle, weigh out the water, add Ultrez 10 andbegin heating to 80˚C with propeller agitation.

2. Premix Xanthan Gum and Liposerve PP. Add to mainvessel, maintain heat at 80˚C with propeller mixing.

2. In side kettle, combine Sequence #2 ingredients andheat to 80˚C. Mix until uniform.

3. Slowly add Sequence #2 to Sequence #1 and mix for15 minutes until emulsification is complete.

4. Add Sequence #3 to batch as a neutralizing agent andmix well. Begin cooling batch with continued mixing.

5. At 40˚C – 50˚C, add Sequence #4 and sequence #5 tobatch with continued mixing.

6. Adjust pH to between 6.25 and 6.50 with addition ofSequence #6.
