Patient complains of inability to chew food due to generalized shaking of all his teeth . On examination , severe generalized chronic periodontitis was observed with grade 3 mobility in all teeth . Patient is a known

diabetic for the past 7 years .

Patient`s front teeth had moved forward over a period of time and were also involved with grade 3

mobility .

Patients Pre-Op X ray shows severe bone loss present around all the teeth due to

chronic periodontitis .

Extraction of mobile upper anterior teeth done under local anaesthesia

Extraction of lower front teeth done and sutures placed for faster healing .

Full mouth Metal framework trial seen

Metal trial and bite registration of the patient seen

Permanent and aesthetic metal ceramic bridge can be fixed in 3-4 days .

Patient`s post –OP X ray shows the position of the implants
