INTRODUCTION
A Company to be the Utility supplier to the Industries Coming in the Estate
The Project will mainly sell STEAM to the Industries Coming up in the Saykha Estate
Project launched by SANJOO group of Industries in Majorly in Textile & Textiles Processing since 1978

BENEFITS OF THE PROJECT
Industries coming up in the Estate can avoid installing boiler and can save on SPACE, CAPITAL INVESTMENTS, and some LEGAL FORMALITIES
The Estate will be VALUE ADDED like the CHEMPARKS in GERMANY and moving towards CP21
Reduced Pollution as The companies main focus is to Protect Environment and there fore use Best Available Technology
The Company also believes is Reducing Pollution by Reducing Pollution at Source ie. Procuring the Right fuel
The Project will include Co-Generation in subsequent phases and there by reduce overall Carbon Foot print

CONCEPT
Installation of high pressure Coal fired CFBC boilers – Thermal efficieny between 84 to 86 %
Installation of reliable pollution control equipments, SPM targets below 50 SPM (actually <30 SPM)
Low furnace temperature in CFBC Boiler suppress NOxformation
Auto injection of Lime & Selection of Right Fuel in furnace to control SOx emission.
Developing a large steam grid at a height of 8 M above ground level on steel columns
Distribution of Steam to units operating in the estate and let them focus their Man Power, Space, and Money on their core production activity, and calling it a COMMUNITY BOILER COMPANY 5

CONCLUSION OF THE PROJECT CONCEPT
The Project is
ENVIRONMENT PROJECT
ENERGY PROJECT
INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT

MISSION
To reduce atmospheric pollution and improve safety in industrial clusters by centralized steam generation and distribution in most eco-friendly manner and reduce over all Carbon Footprint

PROJECTS & EXPERIENCE
One 20 MT/hr capacity FBC boiler under operation at Sachin GIDC since last 3 years, 300 TPH to be commissioned within 2016
Vapi GIDC – 60 TPH to be commissioned in June 2016 and another 60 TPH within 2017 March
Sarigaam GIDC – 60 TPH to be commissioned in August 2016 and 60 TPH by June 2017
Ankleshwar GIDC – 60 TPH to be commissioned in August 2016 and 60 TPH by June 2017
Panoli GIDC – Land acquired – GPCB NOC in process
Nandesari GIDC – Land acquired – GPCB NOC application will be done within May 2016
Meeting consumer requirement for pressure as well as flow
Customers are satisfied
Particulate matter emission much below prescribed GPCB limits
In process of setting up small plants within premises to use Fine ash for compressed brick manufacturing in order to reduce fugitive emission 8

VISION
To do similar projects in more than 50 Clusters by 2022
To have own Coal Management systems like Jetties, Barges etc by 2020
To further strengthen Coal management by adding Shipping vessels etc by 2022

OUR ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS & REQUESTS
Permission to Lay Steam Pipelines in Your Estate ie, ROW and if possible please make Steam Pipelines a part of your Utility Corridor
Subsidise the cost of ROW for the project
Consider the Project as a COMMON Utility as well as ENVIRONMENT project and allot the land at TOKEN amount
Since our company cannot afford to acquire lots of land immediately, GIDC should reserve Lands in several pockets of the estate for future for other such companies like us to come to the estate

WATER REQUIREMENT & ITS JUSTIFICATION
Water would be Consumed as the BOILER FEED WATER, this water consumption will be just a replacement to the quantity which would other wise be used by individual industries for their boiler feed.
300 TPH PROJECT WOULD CONSUME 11 MLD
These quantities might reduce if the Steam Consuming industries decide to return the Condensate to us
17
www.steamhouse.in
EFFLUENT DISCHARGE & ITS QUALITY
EFFLUENT would be the RO REJECT to the tune of 1.6 MLD ie 15 % Reject ( RO – 2 Stage)
The Effluent will contain only the SS & TDS added due to RO. The SS & TDS will depend on the inlet water quality, and will be approximately 10 Times the inlet water quality.
These quantities might reduce if the Steam Consuming industries decide to return the Condensate to us
