Tomer Bar Zeev is the CEO and co-founder of ironSource. Overseeing the company’s growth from day one, Tomer is passionate about making ironSource a truly global company, spearheading the company’s international growth and establishing offices on 5 continents.

Prior to founding ironSource, Tomer held VP positions at Payoneer and Atlas CT. Born in Israel, Tomer spent 9 years living in Peru as a child before returning to study computer science at the IDC. Originally a developer of popular consumer software products, Tomer’s experience as a programmer was pivotal in giving him an intimate understanding of what developers need to turn great products into successful businesses, and that focus still drives him today. Tomer is a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Council, sits on the board of the IATI, and has been named one of the 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs by Goldman Sachs two years running. He is also an active investor in other technology startups.

Omer Kaplan is CMO and co-founder of ironSource. From 2014 to 2015 he led the mobile activity of the company, successfully scaling and expanding the offering until it became one of the largest independent players in the industry. Before joining ironSource, Omer was the founder and CEO of AfterDownload, a leading provider of display advertising technology which merged with ironSource in 2013.

Omer is passionate about the importance of a strong marketing strategy. He wrote the Israeli bestseller ‘The A-Z of Marketing’ and brings a global marketing mentality to every project. Omer’s unique strategic vision makes him an influential voice in the larger discussion about the direction of the mobile industry, and he’s spoken at various industry events, such as Casual Connect and the NOAH conference. He has a degree in Law from Tel Aviv University, but has been an entrepreneur for over 12 years, starting his first company in 2003. Omer is an investor in leading web measurement and competitive intelligence company SimilarWeb, and is also an active angel investor in early-stage technology companies.

Arnon Harish: President and Co-Founder of ironSourceArnon Harish is President and co-founder of ironSource. With his team of partners he is proud to have helped grow ironSource from 3 to 800 employees since 2010. He is in charge of ironSource’s innovation division and oversees various international growth opportunities. Arnon is passionate about building teams and discovering hidden opportunities through collaboration.

Prior to ironSource, Arnon studied computer science and entrepreneurship at the IDC while acting as product manager and VP Business Development at internet gaming company Interlogic. Arnon graduated from the prestigious Zell entrepreneurship program, and is a member of the China-Israel Innovation Fellowship (linked to the Aspen Institute). He is also an active investor in early-stage startups.

Gil Shoham is CRO and Co-Founder of ironSource. In 2009 Gil co-founded mobile monetization company Supersonic, and quickly grew the company into a market leader. In September 2015, Supersonic merged with ironSource, forming the largest independent mobile monetization and marketing platform in the industry, reaching 800M users a month worldwide, and serving over 80K mobile applications.

Gil has extensive online media and video monetization ad experience. Prior to Supersonic, Gil was the VP of Media at Matomy Media Group, a publicly traded performance-based digital marketing outfit, and before that he led video ad monetization as General Manager of Metacafe International Media. With his extensive background in media and technology, Gil is a sought-after speaker and industry thought leader on topics around mobile monetization and user acquisition.
