RESERVATION CONDITIONS FOR GROUP BOOKINGS 1. Confirmation of guest numbers
We request that groups confirm the final number of guests at least 4 business days prior to the date of the reservation. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the number provided at this time shall serve as the basis for the minimum spend.
2. Modification of guest numbers
If the group informs the restaurant of the partial cancellation of its booking fewer than 4 business days prior to the date reserved, the menu items reserved for the absent guests shall be invoiced at 50%. If the group informs the restaurant of the partial cancellation of its booking fewer than 2 business days prior to the date reserved, the group will be invoiced in accordance with the minimum spend (see above).
3. Full cancellation
Groups shall inform the restaurant of the full cancellation of a reservation at least 10 business days prior to the date reserved. In this case, the group shall not be invoiced, unless expenses have already been incurred in relation to special services. If the restaurant is informed of the full cancellation fewer than 10 business days in advance, the group shall be invoiced 50% of the agreed minimum spend. If the restaurant is informed of the full cancellation fewer than 2 business days in advance, the group shall be invoiced the full amount of the agreed minimum spend.
4. Late arrivals
On the day of the reservation, the group shall arrive at the restaurant at the prearranged time. Due to other reservations or table requirements, should the guests arrive later than planned, the restaurant may attribute a different time to the reservation. If a service cannot be provided due to the guests’ late arrival, this service shall remain payable.
5. Method of payment
Services may be paid in cash, by credit card or by invoice if agreed in advance. If the event has been organised jointly with the Office du tourisme de Moléson, the group may request an overall invoice listing the expenses relating to all services, entertainment and visits included in the event.
